So our concierge practice is bringing the Flu vaccine to you.

In-Home Flu Vaccine

We are offering the Flu vaccine in-home for children up to 18 years. The cost is $50 and is payable by credit card or HSA card.

Select a time for the home visit, enter your child’s name and parent’s email address. We will send a consent/waiver.

Areas we serve include Manhattan, Queens (LIC, Astoria areas), and Brooklyn (downtown, Dumbo, Brooklyn Heights, Carroll Gardens, Prospect Heights, Williamsburg).
