Giving Back
Who we are:
Giving back has always been a part of who we are as medical providers. Our founder, Dr. Justin, served on his first medical mission in 2008 before starting medical school. He has served on ten medical service trips including working at an urban safety-net clinic in Chicago, working at hospitals in St. Lucia and Zambia, providing pre/post-op care for patients receiving cleft lip surgeries with Operation Smile in India, and providing care for Hatian refugees in the Dominican Republic.
We are striving to make quality healthcare and education accessible to children globally,
so every child has the chance to chase their dreams!
Donating 10%
Every January we donate 10% of our revenue from the prior year to international aid organizations that are working with youth and young adults to enrich their lives by providing access to education or healthcare. Below are a few organizations we have contributed to in the past.
Based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Sifa brings in 25 students every year to provide them with training in sewing, design, screen printing, fabric dying, cooking, cake baking, budgeting, leather craft, entrepreneurship, self-defense, and more. When students graduate, they are given their sewing machine and sent out to start their own local businesses.

Through expertise in treating cleft lip and cleft palate, Operation Smile creates solutions that deliver safe surgery to people where it’s needed most (globally).
OS has established a global footprint and currently provide world-class cleft care in more than 30 countries with help from thousands of volunteers representing more than 60 countries.
