We are a pediatric concierge practice providing busy families with prompt, easy access to quality pediatric care including checkups, vaccines and urgent care visits.

School Physicals

We are now offering in-home Flu vaccines for children up to age 18 years. The cost is $50. It is not covered by insurance.

Select a time for the visit, enter your child’s name and parent’s email address. You will then be emailed three short forms to fill out: your child’s medical history, consent to treat your child, and parent agreement.

For New York, areas we serve include Manhattan, Queens (LIC, Astoria areas), Brooklyn (downtown, Dumbo, Brooklyn Heights, Carroll Gardens, Prospect Heights, Williamsburg).
